Rooted in Buddhism, Yoga and Ayurveda; Thai Yoga Massage was traditionally practiced as medicine in the temples of Thailand.  Modern Thai Yoga Massage has taken the best practices from Traditional Thai Massage, Assisted Yoga and Therapeutic Massage and combined them to form an extraordinarily powerful form of body and energy work.
